A guest house in the Sierra's natural setting

Our guest house is located in a large 1 Ha garden where you can isolate yourself from everything in the middle of nature in the Sierra Oeste. 45 minutes from Madrid, in a quiet village where you can take beautiful walks, bike routes, enjoy the surroundings or simply relax in our garden full of roses and fruit trees. The detached house will give you great privacy with all the amenities. We have two good, playful mastiffs that are loose in the garden The space The house has dimensions of approximately 20 square meters and in it you can find a 135x190cm bed (with the option of an extra 90x190cm bed), a small sofa, a kitchen with a sink, a two-burner ceramic hob, a mini fridge with a freezer, a toaster and all the necessary kitchenware. There is also a table with two chairs and a sideboard. The bathroom has a small sink, toilet, and shower. Outside you have several areas in the garden with tables and chairs so you can choose the place where you want to have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just have a snack and rest. The house is located on a 1ha plot, next to our family home. Although the entrance is on the town's main street, the property is in the countryside and you can take walks to discover the area's nature with oaks and ash trees, as well as our garden full of roses and fruit trees and a small swimming pool ideal for the summer heat. Guest access Zarzalejo is a small town but it has many amenities available such as bars, restaurants, a small supermarket, butcher shop and a nice public pool. If you come by car, there is a road in good condition up to the door and you can park inside the plot. At Zarzalejo Station (2 km away) there is a Renfe Cercanías (commuter) and Media Distancia (regional) train stop. Other things to note Our cottage is an opportunity to disconnect from everything and enjoy in a natural and quiet environment. Here you can wake up with the company of blackbirds, nightingales, charcoalers, coliazules and with a little luck, at sunset, you can see or hear the wild boars, foxes and even some roe deer! Logically a natural space also carries some insect than another... and our dogs are loose in the garden so it is important that you like their company.
