This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath duplex of which I am trying to find a temporary or short term roomate. My home is perfect for someone looking to be closer to ECU school of medicine, a medical traveler, nurse, or someone looking for a fully furnished space to live but where all utilities, and metronet Wi-Fi are already included. I am a school teacher M-F in Farmville, NC. Right now I am only offering 1 bedroom and the common areas will be shared with me and my teenager. The space Your home would be a brick duplex with concrete driveway as parking. You may also park on the street. As you enter the house via the storm door and front door you will first enter the living room (laminate wood look flooring with blue/green recliner & couch, with bar table & 4 stools, 50 inch TV wallmounted, and several lamps) , which leads to a galley kitchen (deep ceramic sink, electric stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer all on black and white vinyl flooring) and small dining area near the door to the back patio which offers a small storage shed. Instead of going through the kitchen, if you turned left you would enter the hallway leading to the 3 bedrooms. Yours would be the first on the left with a full size bed complete with clean sheets and 2 new pillows. Extra sheets and towels adorn the shelves in the closet. A triple dresser and large closet provide additional storage of clothes and 2 laundry baskets are provided. The room like the living is decorated in lighter colors with mainly dark furniture. You may enjoy spending your time watching your favorite show on the 32 inch tv that sits atop a computer desk at the foot of the bed. There are many magazines located on 2 pallet shelves incase you just want to read to relax. Laundry is located across from the stove in the galley kitchen. Just outside the bedroom is the bathroom with more cabinets filled with towels and decorated with gray/black/white decor. The rest of the house is off limits for now[mine and my daughter's room]. Guest access Guests can enjoy time in their room, bathroom, and living, galley kitchen area, back patio & storage as well as the front yard. Any suggestions for what might make the stay more comfortable are welcomed. During your stay We will most likely hardly cross paths much like my now roomate at the beach because I stay super busy with work. I have 3 jobs and I am a mom so I am almost never there but to eat and sleep. I usually share meals and don't mind catching up when I do have a moment to spare. I can be reached many ways text, phone call, email, but I do stay very busy and am not as quick to respond at times.
