This ranch-style, family home in Maple Bluff, minutes from Downtown Madison, offers a warm, relaxing, and quiet experience for those looking to enjoy all that Madison and the surrounding areas have to offer. Your private room will give you much needed R&R, while the neighborhood offers great walking and biking, views of Lake Mendota and the Capital, and close access to great Eastside restaurants and shops. Use the private LR & DR areas, patio with grill, stocked kitchen & free laundry. The space Each room comes with a private bathroom and full access to the kitchen, including space in the fridge, and living spaces. Laundry is located downstairs and open to all guests for use. This is a lived-in home! Your hosts will be available for questions if needed. Stays of 1 week or less receive one set of fresh linens and towels but you are welcome to launder them as much as you wish! Guest bathrooms are cleaned once a week and in between stays. Two rooms are available to rent. 1 or 2 guests in each room. (There are 2 listings to be able to rent 2 rooms each night - 1 room for each calendar. If you want both rooms, you will need to schedule on each listing.) Guest access Guests are able to access the family rooms, kitchen, and laundry area in the basement. During your stay We are happy to provide more information on the area if needed! Other things to note Please note that since we have two private rooms available for rent, there may be multiple guests in the home at once. Each guest will have access to their own private bathroom.
