The studio is near Downtown Amarillo, Route 66, & Palo Duro Canyon, and other attractions are minutes away. Pack and play and air mattress are available upon advance request for additional 2 more guests. The unit is fully furnished with full bathroom, laundry room, electric cooktop with two burners, comfortable queen bed, and cool and heat comfortable with a mimi split unit. The space This is a studio with open concept. Air mattress and pack and play are available upon advance request. The place is pet friendly with the front patio is mainly concrete pad with small grassy area. Additional bigger and shared backyard is available to use next door at unit B upon approval. Guest access Separate door with keyless code entry keypad. Guess has reserved parking to the right of the pull in driveway and can accommodate two mid size cars if park in tandem. The left of the driveway is reserved for Unit B guests. If you have an over sized vehicle like a full truck, parking can be tight. If you have an oversized vehicle, give us advance notice so we can shuffle the parking among the other guests during your stay. Other things to note We love our furry friends but the outdoor is limited to a small grassy area. The patio is mainly stamp concrete. The unit B fenced in yard can be shared if you give us heads up so that we can coordinate with unit B guests. Queen air mattress is available upon advance request.
