The home has a chefs kitchen, office/ bedroom, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and 3rd primary suite for reservations of 5+The outdoor amenities include a private sun deck and lush gardens Located on a quiet treelined street in the heart of East Vancouver this home is across from a friendly park 10min to commercial Dr's restaurants 15min to skytrain and a quick drive from the airport The space This 1 bed and den (can be used as a second bedroom) 950 unit is located as the main floor of a 20th century character home that is iconic to Vancouver. The primary bedroom is available for reservations of 5+ people or by request at an extra 250/night. With windows on all three sides, many south facing, the home has ample light that spills into every room. The patinaed wood floors add charm and contrast to the modern amenities, such as a rain head and spa like bathroom and the chef's gas range in the kitchen. The character spills out into the gardens where they can be enjoyed year round and there is always something in bloom. I have always loved mid century modern furniture and have outfitted the space with unique pieces that reflect my love for the west coast modern aesthetic. Please note AC is only in the bedrooms by a window unit and is not available in the entire house. As it is a hundred year old house there are still quirks being worked out here and there, the floors squeak, the doors creek, that said it has all the modern comforts of home. As the property is a fourplex, some outdoor spaces are shared. I am often out gardening with my mom or taking care of neighbouring tenants. This place is a completely separate and private unit but as it is a bit of an older home sometimes noise can transfer. That said it has never been as issue in the past. Thank you again! The upstairs remains private host quarters and is not available for guests Other things to note Please leave your shoes at the front door in the white cabinet marked guest shoes. Please note that AC is only available at the moment in the master bedroom. My dog does live with me in the home full time so if you have allergies to dogs this may not be the best place for you.
