Relax at this peaceful getaway! Beautiful new guesthouse with full master bedroom/king bed, daybed & a single pull out. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, living & dining room, washer/dryer. Garage parking, in a gated property with a fenced in dog run for smaller pets. Spectacular mountain views, night star gazing! Great bike riding, mountain climbing, horseback riding, or just kick back & relax in the tranquil garden! Only 20 mins to downtown Prescott! This is a non-smoking property. The space Our property is situated on a quiet two-acre fenced in property with great views of Granite Mountain. We are a non-smoking property which provides a peaceful getaway for total relaxation. There is a fenced in dog run attached to the back of the guesthouse which we know your pet will love. There is also a wine producing vineyard of the property. Guest access Beautiful tranquility garden with hammock to relax! Our night skies are amazing for star gazing!! Other things to note Smaller pets (2) are allowed (25lbs or less) but $25 extra for each night maximum fee for the entire stay of $50. We have pet blankets that go over sofa and sofa bed for your pets and we hope you use them. We wash them each time. Using them helps keep our guest house furniture excellent for everyone. There is also a pet blanket for the bedroom in case your furry friends want to sleep with you. There are some snacks, coffee, and beverages. You are welcome to enjoy some ;). We have added reverse osmosis water for the ice and kitchen sink… it’s wonderful! Please use in Keurig coffee maker.
