The kitchen is set with a dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker and open to the large family dinning table, pub table with checkerboard and living room that welcomes you with a variety of comfortable furniture in front of the stone-faced fireplace. SPRING 2023 UPDATES: new cooktop & laminate flooring throughout downstairs living space. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms make this house comfortable for 8 people. The master bedroom located downstairs features a queen bed and is situated next to the downstairs bathroom. Two bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared Jack & Jill bathroom. One bedroom features a queen bed while the other bedroom features two twin-over-queen bunk beds. Outside you can relax on the patio chairs on the large deck, enjoy the hot tub, play games on the lawn, grill up food on the BBQ, and roast s'mores on the outdoor fire pit. The house is perfect for a family vacation or a group of friends. Have fun at the lake all day or take a short drive to Lincoln City to enjoy the Casino, walk the shops, visit the outlet mall or the cities beaches. Guest access There is two kayaks and two paddleboards available for guest use on the lake. Kayaks & paddleboards cannot be taken from the premises via vehicle. MUST WEAR LIFEJACKETS. There are 5 lifejackets available for use: 1 Womens Small, 1 Womens Medium, 1 Womens Large, 1 Mens X-Large & 1 Mens 2X-Large.
