Beautiful semi-detached house with hot tub in the countryside

Beautiful detached house for rent for 1-3 months near Regensburg, fully furnished and ready to move in. Due to a stay abroad, we are looking for dear intermediate tenants who are looking for tranquility in the countryside :-) super nice residential area. Everything within walking distance, very good connection to Regensburg, Landshut and Munich. The space Built-in kitchen, large living and dining area, large bathroom with window and bathtub. Guest toilet, utility room, two bedrooms, one bedroom currently as a dressing room, very sunny and quiet and a very nice garden. We prefer a couple or a family with one child. Our furniture stays in the house. Some things could possibly be cleared out. Since we value a beautiful garden, lawns would have to be mowed here and there and flowers and lawns would have to be watered.
