My home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large dining area, lower level game room, an outdoor oasis with lawn games, outdoor fire pit with Adirondack chairs and an in ground salt water pool with an outdoor shower. Everything you need for an incredible stay! Make sure to make time to visit the beach. We are less than 2 miles from the beach. There are so many memories to make in this lovely home. Guest access Guest can have full access to main floor of the home. Other things to note Guest do not have access to locked area in the basement. NO CHILDREN, NO PETS and NO SMOKING allowed on property. This is a residential property, so no large parties and no loud music. Close to supermarkets, drug stores, antique shops and restaurants and other iconic Hamptons locations.
