Ideal for couples or a small family, and it sleeps up to 10 across 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and sofa beds. Covered game garage with pop-a-shot, ping pong and cornhole. Starlink wifi works for remote work. Verlot campground is next door; Lake 22 is minutes away. Dogs welcome. The space The house is a true A-frame: a soaring window wall, wood stove, and an open kitchen and living area on the main floor. Bedrooms sit upstairs under the peak (two portable AC units run up there in summer). The lawn runs down to the river, and the hot tub faces the water. The detached garage is finished as a game room with pop-a-shot, ping pong and cornhole, so there is plenty to do when it rains. Movies play on the hide-away projector - there is no TV in the main house. Guest access You have the entire house, the game garage, the hot tub, the BBQ and the whole riverfront yard to yourselves. Nothing is shared and no one else is on site. Off-street parking is in the driveway, and check-in details are sent before you arrive. Please avoid parking in the road if possible. Other things to note **There are two portable AC units installed upstairs during the summer. If you keep the blinds and windows closed during the days, these will keep the cabin from becoming too hot. However, on very hot days they might struggle to keep up with the task.
