Six minute walk from the main beach

Old school, cosy house on a bushy block, very close to the main beach. Three bedrooms with good quality mattresses and a spacious bathroom. Very small living/dining area. Shed contains a couch and space for teenagers/kids. Large backyard with tall mature trees, BBQ and outdoor table and chairs. This is a small and simple non-smoking house perfect for relaxing and enjoying Anglesea. Please note that, upon request, we only accept one dog and no cats. The space Modern kitchen is well-equipped with the appliances, cutlery, dinnerware, glassware, kids tableware and cookware needed for everyday cooking. Dining table seats 6, but can be extended to seat 8. Bathroom/laundry has a shower and separate toilet. Three bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk. Third bedroom has a triple bunk; double on the bottom and single on the top. House is an easy walking distance to the Anglesea Surf Life Saving Club, general store, ice-cream shop and cafés - all within 6 minutes. IGA supermarket, pub, cafés and shops are a short drive into town, or a 20 minute walk. Please note the combined living/dining room is very small. Several photos have been included to show this. Guest access Plenty of space for parking on the property as well as free street parking. Other things to note Please note that there is no TV or air-conditioning provided. One dog is allowed to stay, subject to prior permission and poo must be picked up.
