The available rooms of the villa result in a total living area of 225 m², plus terrace and pool on a total area of 500 m². A total of 3 bedrooms with 2 king size beds and one queen size bed in a modern, bright style, all with private bathrooms. In addition, there is a guest room with sofa bed. In reserve we also have a guest bed, as well as a baby cot. Each room has a flat-screen smart TV (at least 32 inches) with Internet access and Netflix. 2 bedrooms have a balcony or terrace with direct sea views and unique views of Marina Frappa and Rogoznica. The third bedroom also has a breathtaking view of the sea, Marina Frappa and Rogoznica. The large living room is equipped with bright leather furniture, 65-inch TV with Wi-Fi, Netflix, Internet. The dining area has a large, solid dining table with a natural top, in the kitchen there is a dining bar with 3 solid, adjustable stools. Everything is kept in a maritime look. The kitchen is integrated like a piece of furniture into the living area, smooth lacquered surfaces, the kitchen itself, suspended and illuminated under the floor. Modern kitchen appliances from German brand manufacturers complete the picture. A huge freezer in the storage room stores supplies and ice. There is also a toilet on this floor. The terrace is partially covered, is illuminated in the evening and has another dining area for 6 people. Here, too, you will find a solid wooden table. The location of this villa is excellent, organize day trips to the neighboring towns of Sibenik or Split. The waterfalls of Krka National Park can be reached in less than 1 hour by car. Trogir, Primosten, Rogoznica, Split, Marina, all attractive destinations that are located directly in the area. Start a tour to explore the wineries, you will be amazed at how many small wineries are in the immediate vicinity and how good the Croatian wine tastes, especially the Babic red wine typical of Croatia. Guest access Several parking spaces belonging to the villa are available for guests. The villa is generously located on a hillside, the distance to the neighboring houses is extensive, you never have the feeling of being cramped. Other things to note Zatoglav is very conveniently located, it is very quiet, no through traffic and yet you are only 2 km from the main road. You can reach the supermarket, the butcher, the baker, the fish market in a few minutes. In Trogir there is a big market every day with fruits, food, flowers, souvenirs. But also in Primosten there is a nice market every day directly on the harbor. Split Airport can be reached in less than 30 minutes. For those who like to make a detour to Italy, there are countless ferries in Split.
