Country Comfort

Our home is about 15 minutes from the East side of Wichita. We live in the country and have room for visitors to park a horse trailer. Our room is a suite above our garage with a private bath, a king size bed, and a coffee machine and it’s own entrance. Our dog, Buster, a very friendly corgi, is often the greeter but is in a hidden fence. We don’t offer a discount for extended long stays since our occupancy rate is high. You do not have to enter our house to access the room, it has a private entrance through the breezeway. Guest access Welcome to the country, at night you get to see the stars and hear the sounds of the country, frogs, locust, coyotes and an occasional moo from the cattle. Our room is above our garage and has central heat and air, however in the heat of summer, because it’s so high, it struggles to stay real cool. If you need a cold room in the summer, you may want to stay elsewhere. During your stay We enjoying visiting with the guests if they have time. It is fun to hear why they are visiting and learn about them. Other things to note We own and operate a family farm so at times there is big equipment around the home which is fun for some people to look at. We enjoy talking about and answering questions guest may have about the farming life.
