We have created a warm family room w/Pottery Barn couch (converts to queen bed), lamps, books, & large screen TV. We offer cable & wifi. Elegant & comfortable bedrooms feature Pottery Barn beds, down pillows & more. The space There is a newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, most all new appliances, & lighting. Both bathrooms have brand new everything! The master bath has a tiled shower w/built in bench & glass doors, new cabinetry, granite, fixtures, mirrors and lighting. The second bath features new tub & tiled shower, new vanity etc.. There is new landscaping, new windows, new HVAC & new water heater. Guest access Guest may park in driveway or on the street. It is a nice neighborhood and there has not been any problem with this. Other things to note The garage is not included with the rental.
