Our villa is great for a family stay ideally for up to 6 adults. 2 more kids can stay for free if they are staying in the same bed with their parents. We can take maximum 7 adults but in that case, 1 extra bed is required at extra cost and is based on availability. This needs to be arranged with owner in advance. Please not that we recommend maximum 6 pax, for more than that you may feel less comfortable. Also if you are 3 couples, the bedroom sizes are a bit different, this is for your reference. If you have any other request, please contact us and we will try to assist you as we can. Guest access The guests get accessed to the whole area of the villa, living area, bedrooms, private pool. Our villa has 3 bedrooms. If you intend to use less rooms, please contact me and I will try to do the best as I can, especially in low seasons. For longer period of stay, if you need less frequency of cleaning/maid service, please contact me so I will try my best to deduct some cleaning cost. Other things to note The house is pet free and non-smoking villa. However, please feel free to smoke outside the villa or at the terrace near the swimming pool. At check in we collect your passport to report TM30by law. Refusing to do so will lead to a failure of check in In some situation electricity might be collected.
