Welcome to Our Maine Getaway Cottage (aka OMG Cottage). Located on a quiet, private road. Decorated in tranquil colors of the surf, sand and sun. Bike-riding distance to beaches, restaurants and shops. The space We recently renovated OMG Cottage and are excited to share it with guests. OMG Cottage has one queen bed and a full-size sleeper sofa. It is ideal for 2 guests but can accommodate up to 4 guests. This bright and cheerful space has ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom and beautiful pine floors throughout. Modern bath features a huge walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and a hand shower. Flat screen TV with roku and wifi. Modern kitchen with dishwasher, gas oven, full size fridge, dining table that seats 4. We encourage you to read the details provided in the listing (including the house rules) before booking to ensure OMG is a good fit for you. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Guest access Guests will be provided with: - bedding (sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets) - bath towels and wash clothes - hair dryer - access to washer and dryer - kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, pots, pans - kitchen towels - toaster oven, microwave oven, traditional coffee maker and a Keurig machine (please bring your own coffee/k cups) - refrigerator, oven, dishwasher - basic spices, salt, pepper, oil, sugar - garbage bags - garbage cans and recycle cans - dish washing detergent - TV with roku - wifi - board games - list of local restaurants and area attractions This property supports keyless access powered by August Home. After booking, you will receive an invitation from August to download the app and create a username and password. Kindly complete this process prior to your arrival. If you do not have a bluetooth-enabled mobile device, no problem. Just let us know and we'll provide you with a different method for locking and unlocking the door. Other things to note When requesting a reservation, please indicate the total number of guests including children and babies. Our cottage is *not* equipped with a high chair, crib, baby gates or any other accommodations for infants and toddlers. The bathroom does not have a tub. Our cottage has some handicapped accessible features (such as wide doorways, comfort height toilet and no threshold shower).
