Private quiet room near downtown

This house is located minutes away from Downtown Bellevue, a couple of blocks from I405 and I 90. Bellevue Bus Line is just one block away, which goes to Microsoft campus and Downtown Bellevue. We have one private bedroom for our AirBnB guest who will share the bathrooms with other residents on the top floor. It is probably best for a single person. Although you are welcome to book the room with one more family member and friend. The space The upstairs of this house has one private room with shared bathroom is always available for our AirBnB guest. The second room with its own bathroom may be available for additional cost by request. Guest access You can access to the living room and kitchen in the upstairs. No access to downstairs. Cooking is not expected in general unless agreed in advance by the host during the stay. Other things to note There are people living in the daylight basement downstairs, who might share the kitchen with you. Light cooking is OK. Please check with us if you need to use oven or stove.
