Off the driveway there is a private outdoor area with seating and a propane BBQ. Private off street parking behind a gate for 2 small cars or a large SUV. Beach chairs and toys offered for guest use. Tenant is responsible for anything more they may need with regards to the paper products supplied, plenty for a long weekend. KEYS: No keys will be issued to anyone under the age of 21 NO FIREWORKS: Fireworks are illegal and use of them will result in eviction from property and forfeiture of your deposit ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; if you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties.
