Knyaginky: a wooden house with a fireplace

Unadulterated joy. Here.  How many times will you check your phone today?  Put it down. Take off your shoes. Go out on the grass barefoot. Watch the birds fly around the nest this summer.  When was the last time there was music and you danced so that no one could see? When was the last time simple food tasted like the food of the gods? Oh, just try our grandmother's dumplings. She made them with her imperfect hands.  Look up to the sky. Watch and don't count the minutes. Remember how life feels. In that bathroom under the stars. The space Wooden hut. We combined the aesthetics of the village and all modern amenities. The cottage has a large room - a studio with a fireplace and panoramic windows. How incredible it is to look at the stars at night right from the bed. A separate area for remote work - a table made of centuries-old beams and a very comfortable chair. Living room area - with a sofa in front of the fireplace and a round table. The house has a spacious kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The pantry is a laundry room. And the shower room, separately - a dressing room. Inside the cottage, natural materials are used as much as possible. Part of the walls is a mud house, covered with lime paint, a lot of wood. The decor includes dried grasses from our fields. The house is adjacent to a large terrace with outdoor furniture. Nearby - a place for fire and swings, hammocks. Our yard is very large, we planted more than 100 forest trees in it. We grow a small forest:) The house has air conditioning (cold/heat), warm floors, a boiler, a UPS for the router, a generator, a supply of candles, and unlimited firewood. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms of the house. Other things to note We ask you not to listen to loud music and not to make noise. Please appreciate the peace of our neighbors. Instead of music, it's better to listen to birds. A bath under the stars costs an additional 2,400 hryvnias for the whole day 🤍
