Easy Uber ride to Wynwood, Design, South Beach The space Stylish and cozy apartment designed for owner's own use parts of the year who lives between Europe and the US. It's perfect for "work-from home" set-up for professionals looking for a delightful environment to work from temporarily or for extended periods. Long-stay guests and business travelers are preferred. Highlight is the balcony along the front of the apartment offering all-around water views whether from your living room or from your bedroom. You're surrounded by the Brickell River, the pools and Miami Bay and the beautiful Miami skylights in the evenings. Fully equipped kitchen, huge walk-in closet. High-speed WIFI Please note this is a strictly no smoking and non-smokers apartment including in the balcony, any smoking detected will be charged a $500 fine. Guest access The building has the longest pool in North America, along with an outdoors hot pool, a gorgeous Philippe Starck Designed Spa with hot and cold tubs and signature treatments, a Gym offering amazing views and fantastic group classes. You also have the W restaurant at your service. All guests need to be registered with the Building's Management office with an official photo ID and registered address. Too access all guests services each guest will need to checkin and accept all building rules. There is no free parking. There is valet parking available at the hotel. Alternatively There are other parking facilities in the area at better rates. As there are currently some renovation works in the entire complex, the pool is closed during Mon-Thur and open Fri-Sun. Other things to note Guests will be given a fob to access the elevators. Please note there will be charges for lost key and lost fob. $100 lost key, $150 lost fob. Upon check-in, guests will be asked to sign the Building Rules and comply with them during their stay. TRASH Trash rooms is located next to unit. Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level. NOISE No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 11 PM and 7 AM. No noise should cause a nuisance to others at any time. DRESS CODE Shirts and/or cover ups required in all common areas. No bare feet in common areas. ODORS This unit is entirely non-smoking, indoors as well as in the balcony. Please refrain from smoking. BALCONY Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed. The Balcony may not be accessible certain periods during the renovation works of the complex. Thank you very much.
