There is no cleaning fee mentioned in the booking quote so as not to incur systematic fees for guests, especially for short-term bookings. You can therefore choose to do the cleaning yourself by returning the premises to the condition they were in when you arrived (cleaning products provided) OR to notify us in advance if you wish to opt for a checkout cleaning service charged at €130 upon check-in, in cash. - Supplies: Sheets, duvet covers, towels, bath mats, dishcloths, hand towels, tablecloths, dishwasher tablets, laundry, liquid soap, shower gel are provided. - Maximum capacity: 10 people. (All individuals present in the premises are considered guests, regardless of age) Any group of more than 10 people is prohibited, day or night. - Documents: A rental agreement is established between both parties. This contract will be sent to you a few days before your arrival by email. An inventory of fixtures and equipment will be carried out on your arrival as well as on your departure and signed by both parties. - RULES OF LIFE: 1. No pets allowed on the premises. 2. We ask guests not to smoke inside the house and not to eat in the rooms. 3. Before leaving the house, lock the doors, turn off the lights and air conditioning. For environmental reasons, use heating and air conditioning without excess (20° in winter/24° in summer) and turn off this device when windows or doors remain open. 4. Use of the house is only allowed for guests declared when booking. Under no circumstances can you accommodate more guests than the number listed at the time of booking. 5. Rates are automatically calculated by the site based on dates and number of guests. If you wish to change the number of people after your booking, please let us know and adjust it in your request on the site, so that the price is updated. 6. Guests will be required to use the premises in accordance with a residential purpose. They will have to live in a peaceful manner and respect the basic rules of the neighborhood. 7. THE HOUSE MAY NOT BE USED FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF A PARTY, WHETHER PRIVATE OR PAID. LOCATED IN A SUBDIVISION, EXCESSIVE NOISE THAT WOULD DISTURB THE NEIGHBORHOOD WILL NOT BE TOLERATED (on the advice of Airbnb, a decibel detector has been installed to ensure respect for the neighborhood). 8. Furniture may not be moved and/or added (table, bed, mattress...) - Insurance: The guest making the booking is responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of their actions. All of these rules constitute the rental agreement. By validating your booking through the Airbnb website, you accept and agree to abide by the rules set out above which constitute the rental contract. Failure to comply with these rules will be considered a breach of contract and will result in a report to Airbnb with possible deduction from the security deposit.
