Our small 60 m2 cottage is conveniently located 30 minutes from Saint Malo, 55 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, 25 minutes from Rennes and Dinan. Its location allows you to visit the region while enjoying the calm and nature around the cottage. Departures for many hikes are accessible directly from the cottage on foot or by bike. The Ille-et-Rance Canal and the site of the eleven locks are a 5-minute walk away. Come and recharge your batteries in a green setting. The space This accommodation will seduce you with its stunning view of the Bazouges pond. The calm is very refreshing and you can watch the birds in autumn from the balcony of the room or the terrace on stilts, hence its name "Les oiseaux voyageurs" (The Travelling Birds) It consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove (usable from November to March) and kitchen area on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. The floor is accessible by Japanese-style stairs and consists of a landing with a 140*200 sofa bed that can accommodate 1 or 2 children or an adult for a weekend as well as a bedroom with a 160*200 king size bed. Your comfort is our priority, which is why we do not recommend this sofa bed for an adult for a stay longer than 2 nights. The price of one night is for 2 people, each additional person incurs an additional fee. From the bedroom, you will have the chance to access a balcony terrace with stunning views of the Bazouges pond, classified as a Natura 2000 ornithological reserve. Guest access The place is fully booked for you. A free parking space is available in front of the house. Other things to note ATTENTION: DURING THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS from July to August, week-long rentals or 7 nights are preferred over short stays. Stays are from Saturday to Saturday in July/August. FOR OTHER HOLIDAYS: Stays of at least 4 nights are preferred. As this cottage is referenced by gite de France, we apply the same conditions: -Housekeeping must be done when you leave or else you can give it to us. The cleaning fee in this case is 65 euros. - Linen is not provided but it is available for rent on request. 10 euros per bed and per stay and 5 euros per person for bath linen. PLEASE NOTE: FOR RENTALS OF 7 NIGHTS OR MORE, SHEETS ARE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE -Electricity is included in the rental rate up to 8 kwatt/h/day. The excess will have to be paid upon your departure at the rate of 24 cents/kwatt/h. A meter reading will be taken at check-in and checkout. Since the house is extremely well insulated, it is rare to have a surplus. If you wish, you can use the wood stove (between November and March) to reduce electricity charges, the wooden basket is priced at 7.50 euros. -It is FORBIDDEN to put anything other than toilet paper in the toilet, thank you for your understanding - Nearby store: An organic market on Thursdays from 4:30 pm to 7pm An organic associative grocery store "Terra Phoenix" is open on Thursdays from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
