Bright and airy two bedroom apartment in the center of one of Milwaukee's hottest neighborhoods! Situated between downtown Milwaukee and the airport/Amtrak hub, Bay View is the perfect place to enjoy all the best Milwaukee has to offer. This upper flat of a duplex is right off the action-packed triangle of KK and Lincoln Aves yet still quiet and tranquil enough for a good night's sleep. The space Located on the second floor of a Bay View duplex, this apartment is mere steps away from two coffee shops as well as several fantastic restaurants, bars, and an historic movie theater. Ample street parking is available with the option of overnight (9pm to 10:30am) off-street parking in the lot of our restaurant less than a block away. Base price is for two people with the option of including additional guests at a cost of $20 per person per night, up to 6 people total. You MUST input the correct number of guests before making your booking. If you do not, you may be charged extra to change it later. No unregistered guests may stay in any of our apartments. If your friends/family are not on air bnb, that's fine, but you must include them in your guest count. Guest access This apartment features a shared washer and dryer in the basement available for your use. Please note that this apartment is accessible via a flight of 25 steps. If you have limited mobility, you might find the climb challenging. Early check-in and late check-out is often possible with advance notice. We can also hold your bags at our restaurant around the corner if we can't adjust the check in/out times due to other reservations. Other things to note Book your stay for five or six nights and receive a $10 gift certificate to enjoy a drink or nosh less than a block away! Book for seven nights or more and receive a $20 gift certificate! If you are new to Air Bnb and do not have any positive reviews yet, we require that you complete Air Bnb's verification process that includes uploading a government ID and a selfie. Please complete that prior to requesting your dates as we cannot accept your request without this step having been completed. If the unit is not left clean enough to only require the standard two hours for cleaning and resetting, guest will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee . This isn't a hotel and therefore there is no maid service unless requested and paid for in advance. We pay our cleaner a good wage and she allocates her time as such. If she's there longer, we pay her more. Pets are allowed depending on number, breed, and age. Permission is required and must be included in your booking request. Dogs must be leashed and walked and city ordinances require that feces be picked up and disposed of properly. Please keep pets off the furniture or use the provided blankets to cover furniture to avoid any allergy complaints from future guests. Overnight street parking shouldn't be a problem. Just follow the overnight parking instruction in the guest manual. You may also park in the small restaurant lot to the south of LuLu Cafe and Bar between 9pm and 11am. The restaurant needs the lot for customers during business hours so please plan accordingly. Please let us know if you will be parking there and the make, model, color, and license plate of your car so our managers know you are a guest.
