The space The Apartment "GIULIA" Stretches on 2 Levels: On the groundfloor you will fiond the livingroom with 2 couches and the fireplace, the kitchen with modern comforts (4 gas hobs, electric oven, fridge, electric coffee machine, dishwasher), a Dining room and a full bathroom (with shower). A beautiful modern wooden-stair leads to the upper floor where you can find 2 double-bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and a full bathroom (with shower). Moreover there is a galery over the sitting room that offers extra place for a bed. The garden is very spacious. Even if the second apartment is rented, you can keep your own privat space and quiteness. On the lawn in front of the house there is the private pool (6mt x 10mt). The water is not heated, so it is opened from 15 MAy to the end of September, according the weather conditions. Here there are garden showers. Guest access Common spaces such as: parking, garden, gazebo, pool, Barbecue are at guests disposal and in common use with the guests of the second apartment FABIO Other things to note Dogs are welcome! Apratments GIULIA and FABIO rented together grant the complete and private use of the Villa and its facilities. GIULIA and FABIO host together up to 12-13 guests. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Pool is open from 15th may through the end oft he first october week. These dates can slightly change every year according tot he weather conditions. Heating: heating costs ARE NOT INCLUDED. If guests need heating, heating costs will be calculated on effective consumption. GPL price will be calculated taking the price shown on our latest bill.
