Rental unit in Tybee Island

Welcome to sun and fun...relax at the Tangerine Dream Unit A on the quiet north side of Tybee, located .2 miles from the beach, an easy couple blocks walk away! Close to shops, restaurants & this house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, large outdoor space & comfy furnishings. Please note: The house is divided into TWO units-Unit A is upstairs only with two bedrooms, two baths. Ask about our Concierge service for the ultimate vacay! The space The house is divided into two units. Please note: There is NOT inside access between units. You must go outside to enter either units. Guest access Upper deck and the back yard. Off street parking is available. The concrete pad on the left and under the patio area is reserved for Unit A and whole house guests. The gravel area on the right is for Unit B guests. Please park in the designated area for your unit. Other things to note Please be aware of our rental set-up. Unit B is a downstairs apartment. Upstairs is Unit A. If you are renting Unit A, there is a possibility that there will be guests renting the downstairs unit at the same time so you could have guests staying below you. We ask that everyone observe common courtesy and be mindful of all guests. The City of Tybee Island enforces a noise ordinance which says, noise must be kept a minimum after 10:00 PM. You are staying in a neighborhood with full-time residents and they WILL call the police if you exceed the noise level. Dogs are allowed (40 lbs & under) with a $100 non-refundable pet fee. PLEASE NOTE: you must inform us AT BOOKING if you plan to bring your fur baby so that you can pay the fee. If you bring a pet and do not inform us or pay the fee, we will charge you double the pet fee. Since we are allowing you to bring your pet into our home, we expect honesty when doing so. You could be charged for extra cleaning if you leave an excessive mess. DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE BEACH at any time and there is a hefty fine. **ALSO: We provide "start up" supplies such as: a few trash bags, a roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and a few washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. Also, please note, we are located in the hot & humid south, near the water where bugs love to be too! Please be aware that you may encounter our local bug-"the palmetto" bug at some point during you stay. This is not a cleanliness issue but an environmental one and something that cannot be helped. The unit is sprayed on a regular, monthly basis. EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT INFO: Please be advised, during the busy season and holidays, we are on a very strict schedule with our housekeeping staff and appreciate your understanding that early check-ins and late check-outs will most likely, not be possible. We provide beach chairs and bikes as a courtesy and things tend to go missing and/or get broken so we cannot always guarantee what will be there, but we try to keep it accurate. There is a pump for flat tires. There are rentals for chairs, bikes & umbrellas on the island if needed.
