Catamountain River House. Relax by the River!

Our beautiful home is located in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. Our house is located directly across from the beautiful Tuckasegee river which is a great trout fishing spot! Only one mile from Dillsboro, ten minutes from downtown Sylva, 15 minutes from Bryson City home of the Polar Express train ride!!! 15 minutes to Cherokee and Harrahs Casino, and just 30 minutes from Cataloochee Ski Area. Only ten minutes to WCU. Right off of Hwy. 74 and 441. Amazing location book today! The space Walk into our river house and you will see a long stretch hallway leading to our first bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is located on the left side across from the bathroom. This bedroom has a full closet and a queen bed. The bathroom is located across from the bedroom. After passing this bed and bath you will reach the living area. To your left, you will find a kitchen with a double-door fridge, fully stocked kitchen cabinets, and a ceramic stove. Even a dining room table and bar area space where everyone can relax. In the kitchen area, there is a door leading out to your beautiful back porch looking over the Great Smoke Mountains and Tuckasegee River. Passing this area you will find the living room. Here we have a reclining love seat, a couch, and a comfy chair. Here you can relax by the gas fireplace and enjoy your favorite movie or game on the flat-screen TV. After entering the living room to the right you will enter the master bedroom. Here we have bunk beds that sleep two, a queen bed sleeping two, and a portable cot. In this bedroom, there is a full master bathroom and a master walk-in closet. This house is perfect for a group of friends to visit or a family getaway. Everyone can enjoy a weekend riding the train in beautiful Dillsboro NC in the fall or taking a trip on the Polar Express!! Great spot for trout fishing on the Tuckasegee River!
