Our home creates a perfect atmosphere for travelers. Our rental condo on the first floor and excellent for families with kids or seniors. The condo is WALKING DISTANCE from a public beach in Nuevo Vallarta. It is also very close to an Oxxo (convenience store) and walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, golf club, etc. We also offer a rental car for your convenience. This is optional and has an extra fee. The space We have for you a beautiful vacation home located on the ground floor, which includes, among others, the following: - Air conditioning in every room - Ceiling Fans in every room - High-speed WIFI - Daily use towels - Beach and Pool towels - Security cameras with coverage around the perimeter of the home - 1 parking spot - 3 fully furnished bedrooms - Fully equipped and modern kitchen - Comfortable and classy living area - A beautiful large terrace that connects to the master bedroom and the living area. - Please note that we also have a car available for an extra fee. The daily rate varies with the season but it includes insurance and unlimited miles. There are no hidden costs in our rental car fee and the use of the vehicle is exclusive to our guests. - We ask you to kindly read our entire listing and ensure our place is suitable for you. Guest access Ground floor and corner unit, which offers safety and absolute privacy. Our rental condo is WALKING DISTANCE from a public beach in Nuevo Vallarta. It is also very close to an Oxxo (convenience store) and walking distance to many restaurants, pubs, golf club, etc. Other things to note This is a condo with high-quality finishings located on the ground floor at a very safe and gated community. Unfortunately, because this is a condo and not a hotel, we are unable to provide luggage storage. Please keep in mind check-in and check-out times. We are unable to accomodate early check-ins or late check-outs without exception. Should you wish to get early access or vacate at a later time, we encourage you to book an extra night as per your needs. We provide our guests with electricity usage for up to 10 KWh for every day of their stay free of charge. This is enough for the reasonable use of all the equipment. Most of our guests do not pay anything extra especially if taking care of the use of the ACs, closing the doors, etc. However, from May to Sept and with the high temperatures, there may a surcharge because of the frequent use of the ACs. Anything above the allowed usage has a charge of $4 MXP (approximately 20 cents USD) per KWh. Save energy and save money!
