We are on instant booking. The Two Bedroom-Hall-Kitchen (117 sq. mtrs. – 1300 sq. ft. ) with sundeck and sit out, is facing the swimming pool and the greenery all around, and is open on all sides. You can have your breakfast and enjoy your meals in the sit out, all in the open! The spacious Airconditioned Bedrooms with large comfortable eco friendly cane beds can accomodate two couples with two children. (six guests maximum). It has two aesthetically done up two wash rooms. The Inverter provides back up power in the apartment. One can book this large airy apartment in a peaceful complex for work from home. There is a wooden table with chairs in the living room as well as a table with chairs in the sit out which would be ideal. Wifi available in apartment. AMENITIES : -To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided an initial supply of toilet paper, shampoo and soap along with bottled water, but these may not be enough and you may need to purchase additional supplies. Kindly carry your own towels. There are grocery shops just next door selling everyday use items. We provide Linen, Television with Tata Sky, Cupboard with a locker, air conditioners, fans, frost free Refrigerator, geysers, toaster, cooking gas, electric kettle - fully functional kitchen. CLOSE PROXIMITY TO : Vagator Beach - 650 meters from our complex, Chapora Fort, Chapora jetty, shacks, bars, bakery, chemists, money )changers, cyber cafe, grocery stores, super market, bus stop, taxi stand, Bank, doctor's clinic, a SIM card top-up/recharge booth, vegetable and fruit vendors, Church, chapel, temple, etc. We are next door to the famous J. Marriott Hotel . Restaurants serving Chinese, Goan, Indian, and multi cuisine (veg/non-veg) are all at walking distance. Famous restaurants Olive and Antarez are also close by. Mandatory to call the Maid on alternate days and Rs.200/- to be given to her. We can arrange for a trusted taxi driver who can take you around Goa and drop you off at the airport or railway station. There is backup power in our apartment as well as for common areas and the garden. Please give your Adhar/Driving Licence/Passport to the security guard immediately on arrival, he will take a xerox and return the original. This is as per Goa Government's Notification. It is close to Flea Market at Anjuna which is held on Wednesdays, Oxford supermarket at Anjuna stocks food stuff from abroad as well as sourced from places in India. Maximum No of guests accomodated : SIX (not a single more as per our Society's rules) RATES : SEASONAL - Depending upon the number of guests and length of stay. Parking inside the complex is only for Residents. Car/bikes can be parked outside the complex. The complex is covered by CCTV cameras only at the ground level and entrance to the complex for further safety of residents and guests. Check in : 12 pm to 8 pm. (on prior intimation the security guard will check you in late. If there is check in between 11 pm to 6 am, a FEE of Rs.200/- to be paid directly to the Security Guard) Check out : 10.30 am sharp as we have opted for Instant Booking with Airbnb, and have to get the apartment ready for next guest. The apartment is only for guests booked through AIRBNB. No outsiders are allowed in the apartment. No Events/parties and No Pets allowed under any circumstances. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment including the sit out. They can use the common Swimming Pool (swimwear compulsory - no t-shirts and shorts in the pool) from 9 am to 8 pm. Eating, drinking or smoking on the Pool Deck is strictly prohibited by the Complex and a fine imposed for violation. Guests can of course use all the amenities provided in the apartment like cooking facilities - stove, refrigerator, etc. Other things to note We do not provide towels. Bed linen will be provided It is mandatory to call the maid every alternate day to clean up the place and Rs.200/- to be paid directly to her. You are welcome to call her daily and payments made to her directly. Timings : 9 am to 5 pm. Guests who have been booked through AIRBNB are allowed into the apartment and cannot invite any other guest into it as per our complex rules.
