Situated equidistant between Perth, Edinburgh and rural east Fife this is a tranquil, self-contained one-bedroom flatlet, sitting within a lovely garden which guests are welcome to enjoy. There are many good and varied restaurants and cafes in Dunfermline, three miles away, however if you want to "eat in", the kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a simple meal. Please note that there is no oven and the electric hob is a single hob. The space Visitors have their own front door and entrance hall. The bathroom has an easy-access walk-in shower. The main room has a Queen double bed, a couple of comfy chairs and a dining table with two dining chairs. The kitchenette, although compact, is fully equipped with a proper fridge, microwave, toaster and single-ring induction hob. There is no oven. Guest access There's a patio area next to the flat with a bistro set for guests to sit at in the morning sun - however guests are also welcome to wander around the rest of the garden and enjoy the country views. Guests have a dedicated parking space near our own cars. Other things to note WiFi is available at between 10Mb/s and 20Mb/s (reflecting our rural location) and is good enough to stream videos etc. New for 2024 - we are offering basic breakfast ingredients in order that our guests have more time to settle in and don't have to dash out to the shops immediately they arrive!! So, along with tea and coffee there'll be Muesli, Cornflakes/Rice Krispies, Weetabix and some good bread, plus, of course, milk, butter and jam/marmalade. I realise that this is all very much standard fare, so if any guest has any specific dietary requirements then just let me know (in good time, please!!) and I'll endeavour to accomodate!!
