It has a bedroom with a double bed and a view of the araucárias, 1 bathroom, a complete mini-kitchen, a living/dining room, an outdoor whirlpool tub with chromotherapy, a ground floor balcony, a garden and parking 50 meters from the chalet. Chalet amenities: Balcony with a privileged view of the araucárias, 32'' Smart TV with Netflix, air-conditioning, ecological indoor fireplace, Wi-Fi internet, bed linens, pillows and blankets, bath towels and hairdryer. Kitchen: Complete with minibar, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery and cooking utensils. The stools and sofas with fur are very comfortable for enjoying a good movie on the 50-inch TV we have in our TV space. We have a small trail inside the property, totally within the woods, on the way to the spring, and that takes you to a dense forest with thousands of centenary ferns. The place is wonderful and charming. Parking is inside the property, totally free. Our goal is to offer a unique lodging experience! Pets are not allowed! Other things to note The property is located 1 km from the city center and all the cultural and gastronomic attractions. Delivery services are available at the property. We recommend that you use high-clearance 4x4 vehicles to access the parks. The property is on the margins of RS 020, that is, automobile noises are noticeable during the day.
