Fantastic apartment located in the heart of Alicante. Just 5 minutes from the central train station, Corte Inglés and the city's main shopping street. Avda Maisonnave. It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with an extra bed for one person and a bathroom. Guest access The apartment is located on the third floor of a 3-story building. Parking is very difficult and we will never recommend that you trust finding a space, despite being a white zone (free) Guests can get around the city on foot, as the entire shopping and traditional area can be reached in less than 20 minutes. Other things to note Parking is not easily found. It is a white zone in the surroundings (free) but we will never recommend that you trust finding a place due to the proximity to the city center. The beds will be set up for guests sleeping in a double bed, i.e. if the reservation is for two people, a double bed will be set up with a duvet + set of sheets + one large towel + one small towel per person. If guests want to sleep in separate beds, they must notify us in their reservation. If they do not notify us, the secondary bed will not be assembled and if they require additional bedding, it will cost €15 for travel and cleaning. If the reservation is for three guests and they use one bed per person + sofa bed, but also require additional bedding, the cost will be €15 for the bed and €15 for the sofa bed.
