Step out onto your private back patio with a hot tub, fire pit, dining table, hammock, lighted pergola, and BBQ grill. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms surrounding another upscale living room. Two thoughtfully decorated king-size master suites each with their own private bathrooms. This brand new 2021 end unit townhome has absolutely everything you need for the perfect getaway. BRAND NEW: The third car garage is now setup as a self-serve paddleboard and kayak rental space! We currently have three paddleboards and one kayak. We ask that you sign a liability waiver and send payment through the VRBO app. We have competitive rates compared to other rental companies in the area. Once documents are received renting them out is easy and convenient. You will receive an access code that is unique to you and the individual codes to however many paddleboards you decide to rent. They are inflatable, very easy to transport and setup. Our home is located 12-20 minutes from the beautiful state parks of Quail Creek and Sand Hollow. Two parking spaces in the garage and three spaces in the driveway are for guest use. Guests also have access to the heated community pool. There is RV, trailer, and boat parking pads located around the neighborhood for guest use. They are available on a first come first serve basis.
