Located inside the New Mediterranean style Casita you will have your own private bedroom, bathroom, closet and kitchenette. You also have a front porch that has pristine views of the large property. It also has a beautiful entrance on the right side with a fenced in back yard separated from the main house.The washer and dryer is attached to the back of the Casita.Close to Summerlin you are literally walking distance from shopping and restaurants and just across the street is Buckskin Basin Park. The space This beautiful new Mediterranean style Casita has a main bedroom , closet, bathroom and a kitchenette. There is a beautiful front porch, with a privacy fence that seperates you from the main house and a beautiful view of the sizable pristine property. There is also a washer and dryer in the back. There is also a larg driveway. The parking and access gate and walkway shared with room B when using the Casita itself. The rooms comes fully furnished and has utensils for cooking , towels and wash cloths for bathing. Other amenities include Internet TV, ceiling fan, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, toaster and a refrigerator. The rooms also come with a broom, dust pan, fire extinguisher and smoke detector. Toilet paper, paper towels and Toiletries will be provided by the guest once the initial supply has been depleted. Also note the Gardner will be coming weekly to keep things clean and the cleaning services will be coming once someone checks out. Guest access All guest can access the hwy. 95 which is about 2 minutes away and you can be on the Las Vegas Strip in less than 20 minutes. You can also walk across the street to Buckskin Basin Park. This location is close to shopping, restaurants and Mountain View Hospital all within walking distance. The guest parking will be in the front driveway please park all the way on the left hand side behind one of the cones. Do not park in the circular driveway in the front. When you arrive there is a gate that leads to a pathway along the right side of the house to access the casita. On the gate you will have access the lock box to get the key and information to gain entry for the gate and casita. Other things to note The guest for casita A and B will enter using the same gate and walkway on the right hand side and walk down the path on the side of the house and then you make the first left to access your casita. Additional rules: This is for one person only and no pets. Also no smoking or vaping and any guest must leave by 10:30.
