The Mandarin Hideaway Poolside

Located in the heart of Mandarin, Enjoy the beautiful view of the water and trees. The pool is just outside the screened in porch, the screened porch is a perfect place Day or night to hang out. Enjoy a cup of coffee by the pond. The bathroom has a beautifully fully renovated walk-in shower. Dogs are on premises very friendly. This is a single room with queen bed and bathroom is in the hallway. We also have one cat that lives inside. Owners will be on premises. The space This is a beautiful property located on Cormorant Creek with long dock. Hop on a kayak ( 4 available )and explore Florida's nature. Just a short kayak down the creek and you are out in Julington Creek, from there if you're feeling adventurous take a 30 minute kayak east to Clarks Fish Camp for lunch or an early dinner. ( Clark's Fish Camp has temporarily closed ) If you plan to head to the beach know that it is a 30 minute drive and 22 miles away. Downtown Jacksonville is 19 miles away. St Augustine is 30 miles away. Owners will be on premises. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house except for the Master Suite and the two car garage. During your stay We will be at the house and can be as informative as needed. We have one room with a queen bed and the additional room that has a twin with a twin trundle underneath. This is a shared house my partner and I are the only two people that live in the house. We have three dogs and a cat. Other things to note Pool is heated by solar panels, There is also a hot tub. We also built an outside bar off of the back of the pool that has seating, a TV and fan.
