Ideal for a couple alone or with 1 or 2 small children. The living room sofa bed measures 180 x 107 when open. You are 1 minute from the beach and there are plenty of free parking spots on the streets adjacent to the building. The accommodation was refurbished in July 2021 and is ready to welcome you for a good vacation in Cabourg. The kitchen has many tools such as a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, toaster, microwave, ceramic stovetops, kettle and plenty of cutlery. You can come with peace of mind, linens are provided. The studio is 700 meters from downtown Cabourg (casino, shops, restaurants and bars). You can get there by walking along the Marcel Proust promenade to enjoy the beautiful setting and fresh air. Parking is free throughout Cabourg except around the town hall and La Poste (this is indicated by signs). => In order to respect the other people in the building, please do not park in the building's private spaces. You have plenty of free spaces in front of the building and on the adjacent streets.
