Studio 31- Comfort for 3, 200 m from the beach!

Studio 31 is designed with space and features to comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests!It is on the THIRD FLOOR of a quiet, three-story residential building, WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Ilhéus by tourists because of its beautiful beaches, best bars and restaurants!! It is 200 meters from the beach, close to supermarkets and local shops, 1.5 km from the airport and 3 km from downtown! It's a beautiful, functional space with excellent natural lighting! The space The studio is new and furnished! The air conditioning is split! And an integrated space with a dormitory area consisting of a double bed-box and a single bed-box, a bedside table and a living space with a small sofa with a 2-seater futton, a chair, a table for work/snacks and a planned piece of furniture. The beds are comfortable and new! In the living area, in addition to the table/chair and futon, you will find two pieces of furniture with casters, where a minibar, a sandwich maker and a coffee maker are placed, with which you can prepare a cup of coffee (we provide coffee powder, sugar, sweetener)! In Studio 31 you will find a hair dryer and iron and a closet to store clothes and belongings!! We provide bed and bath linens and extra pillows for the greatest comfort of guests! The bathroom has a hot water shower! We provide soap, liquid hand soap, and toilet paper! And finally, I want you, the guest, to know that we will always be ready to assist you whenever you need us, so that your stay in our space is as pleasant as possible **ATTENTION: The Studio does not have a stove or kitchen sink!! It was designed for people who do not need to prepare meals!! Guest access In addition to the excellent and beautiful studio space, from where you can enjoy the sunset and the new Jorge Amado Bridge, guests can also have access to the rooftop terrace of the building where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the city and the southern beaches! There is NO ENCLOSED PARKING in the building. There are parking spaces at the door of the building, with security cameras for your protection, where residents/guests and customers of the restaurant, which is on the ground floor, can park their vehicles if they are available!
