The Romeo house is located about a 15 minute walk, to the vibrant downtown Ferndale area, hosting a variety of unique restaurants, shops, galleries, bars and more. Get out and explore all that this charming community has to offer. Foodies, many incredible selections. Parks, we’ve got plenty. Nightlife, yes. No matter what your scene, you’ll find it here, live music, dive bars, great eats, treats, theatre, shooting pool, axe throwing(yeah, we have that:)) karaoke, dancing, shopping, festivals etc The space My smoke free home offers a clean, comfortable environment. You’ll have your own private bedroom with a keyed entrance. There’s a queen size bed with high end memory foam mattress, top of the line mattress cover, mattress pad, cotton sheets, blankets and extra pillows. There’s an open closet area with shelving and hangers, and a nice brand new throw rug. This bedroom is on the smaller side, but super clean and cozy. The other two bedrooms may or may not be occupied during your stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the other 2 bedrooms, as well as the fully fenced, spacious back yard. During your stay I meet up with each new guest if possible to show them around the house, I also live in the neighborhood so guests can contact me any time for any questions they may have about the area. I do stop by the house on occasion to make sure that common areas are being kept tidy, trash is going out and supplies are replenished etc. Other things to note For the home to function smoothly, it’s important that all guests are respectful of one another, and keep common areas picked up, if you use an area, make sure it’s left the way you found it when you are finished. After cooking, clean up, wash dishes or load into dishwasher. When doing laundry, remove clothing when finished. When showering, rinse and wipe down tub if necessary, when finished, etc. During the winter months, the thermostat will be set between 70-72 during the day, and 65 after midnight for sleeping, during the summer it’ll be 72 unless temps hit 90 then will be around 75. No guests other than booked guests are permitted on the property unless otherwise authorized by myself.
