Nestled a 10-minute walk from Amiens train station, on a 3000 m2 plot comprising 2 well-separated accommodations, you will have complete privacy as the places are delimited. Access is via a small bridge and you can park in front of the plot. The plot also includes a large private pond where you can enjoy the flora and fauna throughout the day. Access to Saint Pierre Park as well as the departure for boat rides are 5 minutes away. The chalet offers you all the comforts in the heart of nature! The main chalet is in one room and includes: 1 bed for 2 people (160 x 200 cm), a fully equipped and furnished kitchen: Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, multifunction pyrolysis oven, 2 gas* hob, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. At your disposal a basic kit: condiments, Senseo pods, sugar, dishwasher product, sponge, dish brush, garbage bag, dishwasher tablet, paper towels... A table and two chairs. - For heating or air conditioning An air-to-air heat pump that is reversible* for heating or air conditioning depending on the season and a towel dryer radiator. - Stay connected: A flat screen TV that you can use with the TV remote control Free WiFi internet access - To wash - toilet It is an annex to the chalet which is 10 m away (attached by a wooden driveway with automatic lighting) which includes the shower room and toilet: a shower cubicle, 1 sink and 1 toilet. Other things to note The accommodation is atypical: access to the property is via a pedestrian bridge with steps on each side (typical of the Hortillonnages since everything is surrounded by water) After this bridge, a driveway leads you to the chalet, which will be indicated by a sign, after 30 m.
