This property has woodland trails that cover 200+ acres that includes a pristine farm pond. Couples who love cooking will relish the appointed kitchen The space Guests can expect to enjoy a fully furnished, private apartment that has one of the best views Winterport has to offer. Our newly constructed guest quarters is equipped with stainless appliances, a gas fireplace, a heat pump (heat and AC) two-HD televisions with Roku, outside grill, furnished patio, internet and all the creature comforts of a home away from home. Guest access Our guests will have ample separate, private parking. We are 30 minutes from Bangor International Airport and a mere 15 minutes from Interstate 95. We are centrally located to numerous destinations of interest such as Acadia National Park, Camden, Belfast, and the greater mid-coast region of Maine. Other things to note Our farm is located in the country living of 'back Winterport'; While our country setting offers a very desirable ‘getaway’ setting, guests should know that we are about 8-10 miles from the nearest grocery store or retail shopping. The guest quarters features a beautiful and fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals while taking in the beauty of our countryside. In addition to common tourist destinations, Sean and I have suggestions for local attractions. This one bedroom apartment is best suited for 2 adults. If needed, the futon sofa bed in the living room may be used for an extra sleeping space. The living space is not suitable for most pets. If you are interested in bringing your small pet (15 pounds or under), please request this in your initial request to book by including the breed and disposition of your pet; we will then make a decision if our quarters are right for you and your furry loved one. For the safety of your approved pet as well as other animals on the property, your pet must be leashed at all times while outside on the Winterport Evergreen Farms land. Additionally, your pet is not allowed on furniture/furnishings in the guest quarters at anytime; this will minimize wear and tear and to ensure adequate time for cleaning for departing/arriving guests. If pets are left unattended, they are to be left in a crate or kennel. We do offer off-leash exercise options at a nearby 20 acre field that is a 5-10 minute walk away. We do not allow smoking/vaping of any kind inside nor on our deck. However, we have created a patio space as a designated smoking area. Smoking by the fire pit is also permitted (please dispose of all waste)
