Perfectly located for Business trips or Skiing!

A private room located next to a (shared ) bathroom for your use and convenience. The room has a closet and dresser available for use as well as a very comfortable bed. The room is located in the home but does have a separate entrance available to use by guests. Please read through all of the house rules and The arrival guide before booking! by Booking you are agreeing to these rules Mountain bike rental available. Details are listed in the other details to note. The space Guest can park on the side road and enter the door at the back of the house. There is a digital keypad to enter the home and also on your private room. Codes will be dispersed near check in time. There is a small walk through a hallway that will be accessed by the household. I ask that there is no smoking/drinking and quite after 10:00 pm. There are other guests staying as well so consideration of them is appreciated. Guest access Through the basement door, the rented bedroom and shared bathroom. During your stay I can be reached via text, email, or Mobile. I reside at the residence as well and am available that way as well. Other things to note Please note, I do not allow guests that are not on the booking with out prior consent and a photo ID of the guest staying. Please don't list my address to have mail sent here. If you are staying for a month or more get a po box at the post office down the road. I don't mind a random amazon package, just let me know so I can look for it. There is not a kitchen available for use, but each room has a microwave and refrigerator. ********I do have 3 hardtail specialized Mountain bikes available to rent. Sizes 1 small 1 Medium 1 large All are available to rent by the hour or day with a signed release and waiver, prepaid, active and valid drivers license. $20.00 per hour $50.00 Per day I do need advanced notice. Helmets are required.
