Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in our villa, you can wash your own laundry if you wish, but if you need extra new clean sheets, pillowcases, etc., we can provide them for a fee. Pool Our conservative holiday villa, Villa Pinar, has a sheltered private swimming pool. Its dimensions are 7 m X 3.5 m, Depth: 1.55 m. Garden Villa Pınar has a peaceful environment with magnificent mountain and sea views in a unique location. Our pool terrace and garden have sunbeds, sun umbrellas, barbecue, dining table and chairs, and a seating area. Important Information Electricity, water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early morning pool and garden maintenance and control, assistance from the attendant in charge of our villa in case of any need during the holiday, etc. are included in the price. Airline tickets, extra cleaning, new sheets, new towels, pillowcases etc., holiday and health insurance etc. are not included in our prices. Our customer who rents our villa, Security Deposit 1500 Turkish Liras or other foreign currency of the same value is taken by the authorized person as a deposit at the entrance to the villa for breakage, damage, loss, etc. In the absence of any problems, the amount you paid will be returned to you at our Islamlar summer rental villa at the time of check-out. Guest access Our guests have the right to use the entire villa. Other things to note 3000 Turkish Liras or equivalent in other foreign currencies is taken by the authorized person as a deposit at the entrance to the villa for breakage, damage, loss, etc. If there are no problems, the amount you paid will be returned to you at our summer rental villa at the time of check-out.
