*** Welcome to my new Airbnb for 2021 (please see previous listings feedback) *** Newly refurbished guest room in highly characterful generously sized 4 bedroom Edwardian townhouse built in 1905 found in the popular suburb of Fishponds. Located on Fishponds Rd a stones throw from all amenities, bus services & easy access to M32. The space This is the newly refurbished upstairs 2nd bedroom located in the centre of the house (best room for sleeping in my opinion). Room comes with double bed, wooden blinds & curtain, large south facing window, full length built in wardrobes & mirrors, desk & lockable main bedroom door. The room also benefits from soundproofed floor & walls for guest (and host) comfort :) Access to upstairs guest bathroom at the moment will only be used by yourself and a maximum of one other guest bedroom. Great for a couple(s) & solo travellers alike visiting Bristol for the weekend or midweek stays. ***2021 HOUSE RULES REVISION*** - No additional people in the house for extended periods of time, the booking is for the person or couple only. - Checkout time is 10:30am, if you need a later checkout time please contact me before to see if I can make arrangements. - Unnecessary or careless damage to furniture or room will be reviewed and charged at the host's discretion. - Lost front door keys will carry a charge of £50, lost room keys will carry a charge of replacement of door mechanism. Please note this is my home and I am here a lot, don't let this discourage you. Your privacy will be respected 100% during your stay. You are more than welcome to access to all the shared spaces in my home, I have a private south facing garden patio, dining space & access to shared kitchen if needs be. Guest access Parking can be found on residential street's surrounding the property (I would suggest Radley Road to the side of the terraces), unlimited weekend parking after 10pm can be found right outside the property. Access to all transport is located on the high street 4 minutes from the property. Bristol & Bath cycle path access via back of Morrissons (20 minute cycle), bus station for links to city centre (15 minutes), rentable Voi scooters can also be found opposite the property on Straits Parade.
