Ground floor studio apartment located beneath a modern home. Accessed via a small hallway, the accommodation comprises of a king or twin beds, compact kitchen space with single induction hob, fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, tea, coffee & sugar. Milk on request. Dining table & chairs, wall mounted tv and electric towel radiator. A drawer/hanging unit & bedside cabinet. USB points . En-suite with cubicle shower, wc and basin. Outdoor seating. Type2 EV charger The space The room is located within our home on the ground floor. We live in the area above. Check in is strictly between 3 and 9 pm unless previously agreed. Guest access Access to the room is directly off the main entrance which is not used by ourselves when we have guests. During your stay Feel free to message me through the Airbnb app or press the ring doorbell to get my attention. Other things to note Note the EV charger is Type 2. It is metered and charged at standard rates. Please specify in advance through Airbnb messenger if you wish to use the charger.
