The space Our 2 bedroom apartment is on the small, highly sought after Emir complex, made up of just 19 privately owned apartments. Mavi Inci is accessed via steps in the complex but is on the ground floor and has a large gated private terrace at the front with ample outdoor seating and dining furniture. The air conditioned apartment offers a spacious open plan lounge with plenty of seating for 4 guests, and a well equipped kitchen with fabulous views. If you don't fancy washing up, a dishwasher is provided. Guests are accommodated in one king size bedroom and one ensuite bedroom, which can bed configured as a superking or twin bedroom. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a dressing table, with stool and mirror. A hairdryer is also provided in each bedroom. There is a new modern ensuite shower room to the siperkkng/twin bedroom, as well as the main shower room accessed off the lounge. Guest access The complex itself boast 2 large swimming pools, one having a children's paddling area, and there are ample sunbeds and parasols for guests to use. There are large communal terraces on which to laze away the day or enjoy a glass of something cold as you watch the sunset over the bay. The views are breath-taking! Other things to note The apartment is air-conditioned, & comes very well equipped. There is free Wi-fi, a Bluetooth speaker with ipod dock, a CD player with docking station and USB and Aux input (bring your own cables), a TV with Firestick, which is also hooked up to a DVD player. There is a small library of CDs & DVDs. There is also a selection of books, from which you are free to make a swop with your own. We provide all linen, towels and even pool/beach towels. Cleaning and laundry (bar laundry of the pool/beach towels) is included in the cost of the accommodation and there is a washing machine provided for guests use including the washing of the provided pool/beach towels, should you choose not to bring your own.
