We are an ideal place for groups coming to work or play, families wanting to stay in a central location, and people needing more space. We have two acres fenced with plenty of room to park and security cameras on the outside. We are two miles from Willow Springs Racetrack, 20-30 minutes to Edwards Air Force Base, Mojave Air Space and Port, solar fields, wind farms, and close to hospitals for visiting nurses. We are also the same distance to Lancaster and Palmdale soccer and softball fields. The space Our Desert Oasis has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have plenty of room to park for everyone in your group. Our fenced two acres has enough room for toy haulers, RVs and semi-trucks. We have central heating and refrigerated air conditioning for our hot summer days. Our internet provider is an over the air radio signal and not DSL or cable. The bandwidth is adequate for a few items at a time, but it is dependent upon other users and the amount that is being used in general. We are not a good fit if you have large computer needs. The fully furnished kitchen has a refrigerator, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, mircrowave, toaster, coffee pot, waffle iron, blender, crock pot, and rice cooker. We also have pots, pans, a griddle and baking pans. We have everything you need to prepare a meal. We have plenty of towels, linens, and pillows. We also have a blow dryer and curling iron in each bathroom. We offer shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Each bedroom is decorated with a theme from the Rosamond Area. We have a "Tropico Gold Mine" master bedroom which has a king size bed. It is on an elevated platform and is better suited for taller people. The master bathroom is located adjacent to the bedroom. Our "Exotic Feline Compound" bedroom has a queen size bed that is firm. It does NOT have a closet in the bedroom, but there is one at the end of the hall designated for this bedroom. Our other three bedrooms all have king size beds. They are the "Aerospace," the "Rosamond Railroad," and the "California Wildflower" bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with their own DirectTV. In the living room we have two sofas that make into their own full size bed; perfect for two children or one adult. There is an electric fireplace for ambience. We also have a 55" big screen TV providing DirectTV channels. We have a full size washer and dryer and offer laundry soap and dryer sheets. In the laundry room is the Nest Thermostat. You are in control of the temperature. Each bedroom also has a fan for those that like moving air. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The front patio has a small seating area which is great for viewing our morning sunrises and a cup of coffee. We have a fully covered back porch that provides lots of shade to enjoy our barbecue, eat at the outdoor table, or just sit and enjoy a cool drink. The stars at night are brilliant. The property has security cameras, a keyless entry with your own personal code on the gated padlock entrance and the same code on both doors that enter the house. Guest access You have full access to the two acres for the members in your group. There is no access for parties or events. Other things to note There are only two bathrooms in our home and one is located in the master bedroom.
