This luxury resort-like complex offers infinity pool, kids pool, other pool and gazebo with 180 views of the ocean and Crash Boat Beach (only 5 minute car ride away). Security guard 24/7. This third floor apt. has direct access from parking area, no stairs are necessary. Enjoy the privacy of our home, and its vicinity to beautiful beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, golf course, and BQN airport (15 min away). The space Our main bedroom has a King sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has full sized bunk beds. There is a sectional couch in the Family/TV room for everyone to enjoy. There is a 55” Smart TV where you can log into your streaming services. WIFI is provided. There is a Queen sized sofa bed in the adjacent living room. There is another small sitting area in living room as well, a dining table that seats six and fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have air conditioners and the third air conditioner in the dining area cools the entire apartment. The balcony has outdoor seating area with partial views of the ocean. Listen for the songs of the Coqui’s at night. Guest access The Infinity Pool has beautiful views of the ocean. The deck surrounding the pool has reclining chairs, a gazebo, tables in a covered area to enjoy your lunch, a BBQ grill, bathrooms, outdoor showers, an ice maker, and a kids pool. There is a third pool and a children’s playground. There is a paved walkway and benches that circles the complex. You will have two parking spaces available to you. Other things to note Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, bath towels, linens, toiletries (including shampoo and conditioner) and cleaning supplies are all provided.
