Guest house located in the rear grounds of main home. Sidewalk access. 20 minute drive to downtown Indy.Full kitchen & 3/4 bath. This means toilet, sink & 42" shower (no tub).Entire house can sleep 1-4. Price is for 2 guests. Add’l fees for add’l guests & pets (no pit bulls) The upstairs has a king bed & down stairs a queen size sofa bed & twin futon. This area is heavily wooded so the occasional critter can be seen & there will be spiders from time to time (part of wooded living). The Jefferson ladder to the 2nd floor will require someone with good stability and healthy knees. If you have difficulty climbing a ladder/steep stairs, this will be a challenge (please take a look at the photos). While the space will sleep 4 comfortably, for a long term stay, it would be rather tight for 4 people. Probably best for 1-3 guests. The sofa bed/futons will sleep 2 but they are not thick mattresses. Fire pit and picnic table, fish on the pond. Gated area ideal for dogs to run around. If you need to do laundry, arrangements for access to the main house can be made. Most likely my interaction will be minimal but if special needs are required and planned for in advance, I can make myself available. I am also available for additional fee to fully stock the guest house prior to your arrival with your favorite foods, drinks, etc.. A beautiful location in the grounds of a 4 acre estate. 20 minute drive to downtown. Close to local amenities including restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. Car recommended as local transportation not close by. Ample parking available. Privacy and solitude are at a maximum at this property. Heavily wooded. There is a long sidewalk from the area you will park to the guest house. If anyone in your party has difficulty walking 300 feet, this will be a challenge. The unit is not ADA accessible. Please do not burn incense sticks in the guest house. It is incredibly difficult to eliminate the smell for future guests. Pet friendly but please no pit bulls (we recently experienced an unprovoked attack and we can’t take the risk. Sorry)
