Spend your holiday in our Kaburga Holiday Homes in Stubaital with a wonderful view to the Stubaier Glacier and the Serles mountain. Our lovely and renovated apartments are providing high class living comfort with separated bed rooms, the possibility for extra children beds, balcony or terrace, modern fully equipped kitchens, cosy living rooms and modern bathrooms. The Stubai Super Card is free of charge included for all our guests in summer season. The space Our apartments are equipped in a new and modern style. Each flat of category 3 and 4, which you are going to book here, has its individual touch and flair. The flat reach from 69m2 to 85m2 and have enough space for the whole family up to 5 individuals per flat. For active people we also offer different extra rooms out of the flat to store your skis and shoes, a construction site to, e.g., fix a bike and e-bikes for rent are near the location. In our garden you are invited to enjoy the sunny area and the largen garden pond with bar and sunbeds in the middle of the surrounding mountains. On top, we even have a kids playground in our large garden area. OUR HIGHLIGHT: In our Lounge Bar Wine & more "Zum Tony" we offer next to a wide range of cocktails and wine specials also delicious daily meals and much more. Opening hours Thursday - Saturday from 17-23 o'clock! In peak season, times may be extended. AUTUMN SPECIAL: If you are visiting us 5 days or more between 15th of September - 22nd of December 2023, you receive either a 2h pass for swimming at Stubay wellness center or our a 30 € voucher for our lounge bar on top, your choice. Additional information: Non-smoker flats, no pets. Breakfast service with self-made jam and bacon, fresh bread from the bakery, coffee and more is available on request. Parking space is available at the facility as well as a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner (all free of charge). We are a family-owned company which is working in the hotel and restaurant business since decades. Other things to note For our summer guests we offer the Stubai Super Card free of charge, so that all cable cars, public transportation and more can be used within Stubaital. Please note: the local tourist tax is 2.8 € a day per adult person and has to be paid directly in the location. In addition, we ask you to bring a credit card so that we can authorize € 150,- on arrival for potential damages which you receive back at departure. Thank you!
