On Villas by the Pad is a modern house with own pool located inside Clark Freeport Zone that can accommodate up to 8 guests. Enjoy such amenities as Private pool (4-6ft), 4 airconditioned bedrooms with own bathroom, Kitchen, Wifi, and free 8 pass to sauna. Enjoy your stay as it is near to any establishments in Clark as it is located near Clark Parade grounds, Starbucks Berthaphil and other restaurants/fastfood. The space What's inside: Living Room Shoe cabinet, sofa set, TV, centralized aircon. Kitchen bowls, spoon, fork, glass, mug, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, and electric stove. No rice cooker and plates. 8 pieces of water bottle are provided inside the refrigerator. Pool Area: Griller and table One room is located in ground floor. 2 rooms are located on 2nd floor. Each room has bathroom, 1 queen size bed, 2 pillows, 2 towels, toiletries, tissue, cabinet and safe. We do not provide extra mattress and pillows. The largest room has a table and chair. On Villas comes in different wall colors (outside). Guest cannot choose which villa color they will be designated. Guest access Additional Rules. 1. Wear facemask and faceshield when entering On Villas. 2. Upon check-in, guest must provide P5,000 security deposit which will be refunded upon check-out once everything is settled. 3. Quiet time at 10:00 pm. 4. Free Sauna from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. 5. Smoking inside the villa is prohibited. There are designated smoking area outside the villa. Any evidence of smoking found in the guest room will result to P10,000 penalty charge. 6. Damages to the property (linens/losses/breakage) will be charge to guest. 7. Lost key will be charged P1,000. 8. The management will have no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss due to any cause. Safety box is available per room. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Refundable security deposit must be paid upon checkin to the amount of P5,000. If any damage claim upon checkout found, guests will be responsible for damages up to applicable amount.
