Come and recharge your batteries in our studio, the Nautica residence is equipped with 5 swimming pools, petanque courts, children's games, nearby shops and beaches 1.5 km away. You will have a 25 m2 terrace at the edge of the quay giving access to the pond which will allow you to practice many water sports (kite surfing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, fishing...) The property has 4 beds (wardrobe bed and sofa bed). Our 2 bikes are available for you to use. Rental from Saturday to Saturday from April to August. The space the accommodation has a main room where there is a wardrobe bed, as well as a closed loggia where there is a second bed (sofa bed), with a view of the pond. On the ground floor, you have a private terrace of 25 m2 with barbecue and plancha. Two bikes are available for you. Guest access The accommodation is located on the first floor and the terrace on the ground floor is directly accessible by stairs from the apartment. 5 swimming pools open in season (close mid-September, open mid-June), petanque courts, children's playground. Other things to note Parking monitored by security guards in summer. Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. Off-season reservations accepted from 3 days minimum. The place has mobile air conditioning. Since April 2022, we have installed thermal curtains to reduce the heat in the accommodation in summer, just pull the curtains during your absence to prevent the sun from hitting the bay too hard. Possibility to lend you a baby bed for your stay, don't forget to ask us!
